CLINICAL LEAD NURSE: Makes sure that we provide evidence-based care using national guidance for all aspects of nursing care.
TEAM LEADER NURSE: Responsible for ensuring staff perform effectively and that care is delivered in accordance with the Care Plan.
NURSES: Responsible for management of a shift, undertakes the role of the Named Nurse and reviews Care Plans.
HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT: Works alongside nursing colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
CHEF: Creates and provides a flexible, nutritious meal service that meets the varied needs of our residents.
HOSTESS: To help our residents enjoy each meal time, our hostesses are on hand to help them discuss and make their choices from the menu. They will also serve the meals in the dining room or in the residents’ rooms.
We also have staff who work together to provide services which include: laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, reception and activities.
I’m responsible for the overall management of the home. My aim is to ensure all our residents are given the best care possible and that we meet Care Quality Commission and Outlook Care standards. I lead a great team and together we deliver person-centred care in partnership with our residents’ families and other professionals.
