Care Service Manager: Supports the Manager to ensure we deliver a service that meets CQC standards.
Customer Service Manager: Plays a vital role in supporting the manager by managing reception, administrative services, complaints/compliments and referrals.
Wing manager: Responsible for providing managerial and care leadership to the wing ensuring people in our care receive care that reflects the persons wishes and /or those who know them well including families and other Professionals.
Nurse: Provides clinical support to residents and staff ensuring care is clinically effective and regularly reviewed.
Senior Healthcare Assistants: Provides effective management of a shift to deliver high quality person centred services in partnership with residents, families, health and social service colleagues.
Clinical lead: Responsible for ensuring clinical practice meets national standards by developing clinical procedures and supporting staff to implement best practice.
Chef: Creates and provides a flexible, nutritious meal service that meets the varied needs of our residents.
Hostess: Responsible for providing a positive meal time experience for all our residents and supporting the care team to meet the specialist needs of individuals.
We also have staff who work together to provide services which include: laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, reception and activities.
I’m responsible for the overall management of the home. My aim is to ensure all our residents are given the best care possible and that we meet Care Quality Commission and Outlook Care standards. I lead a great team and together we deliver person-centred care in partnership with our residents’ families and other professionals.
